By creating an account or booking through Belveza you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or over to hold an account. Keep your login details secure - you are responsible for activity on your account.
Belveza is a marketplace that connects you with independent studios. Your appointment is a contract between you and the studio. Prices, availability and the services offered are set by each studio.
Clients pay no booking fee. Where a studio requires a deposit or upfront payment, this is shown before you confirm. Payments are processed by our payment partner.
Each studio sets its own cancellation window, shown on your booking. Cancelling within that window, or not turning up, may incur a fee under the studio's policy.
Only clients who complete a booking can leave a review. Reviews must be honest and lawful; we may remove content that breaches these terms.
Belveza provides the booking platform. The studio is responsible for the services it delivers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms; we will post the new version here and update the date below. Continued use means you accept the changes.
