Belveza ("we", "us") operates the beauty and wellness booking marketplace at this site. This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it. For the purposes of UK GDPR, Belveza is the data controller for marketplace accounts.
Account details (name, email, phone), booking history, favourites and reviews, payment metadata (we never store full card numbers - these are handled by our payment processor), and basic device and usage analytics.
To provide and improve the service: confirming and reminding you of bookings, syncing your account across devices, preventing fraud, and - only where you have opted in - sending marketing about studios and offers you may like.
We share the minimum necessary booking details with the studio you book, and with processors who help us run the service (payments, messaging, hosting) under contract. We do not sell your personal data.
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and withdraw marketing consent at any time, from your account settings or by contacting us. You may also complain to the ICO.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it. Data is encrypted in transit and access is restricted.
