Never. Clients book for free - there are no service or booking fees added to your appointment. You only ever pay the studio's listed price.
When am I charged for a booking?
It depends on the studio's policy. Many let you pay in person on the day. Others require a deposit or full prepayment to secure the slot - this is always shown clearly before you confirm.
What happens if I'm running late?
Message the studio directly from your booking in the Belveza app. Most will hold your slot for a short grace period, though longer delays may need rescheduling.
